5. Accessing Your Purchase
5.1 After Successful Payment
- You will be redirected to a confirmation page
- An email with your API key and receipt will be sent
- Log in to your account at fincept.in/login
- Access your API key from the dashboard
- Start using the API with our documentation
5.2 API Key Location
- Dashboard → API Settings → Your API Key
- Also sent to your registered email address
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Not Received Within Expected Time
If you don't receive your digital product within the expected time:
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Verify the email address in your account
- Log in to your dashboard to check status
- Contact support if the issue persists
6.2 Payment Completed But No Access
If payment was deducted but you don't have access:
- Wait 15 minutes for automatic processing
- Check your bank statement for transaction status
- Email support@fincept.in with transaction details
- We will resolve within 24 hours
7. Service Availability
- API Uptime Target: 99.9% availability
- Maintenance Windows: Announced 48 hours in advance
- Status Page: Check service status at our status page
- Support Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM IST, Monday to Friday

Our digital services are available worldwide with the following considerations:

products and services are delivered digitally. There are no shipping charges, handling fees,
or delivery delays associated with physical logistics.
