By accessing or using the Fincept Terminal platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fincept Terminal is a financial intelligence platform that provides AI-powered research, real-time market data, analytics tools, and related services. The Service operates on a credit-based billing system with tiered subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information including:

• A valid email address
• A unique username
• A phone number with country code (required for payment processing)
• A secure password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit-based system. Free accounts receive an initial allocation of credits. Additional credits may be purchased through our payment gateway (Cashfree). All payments are processed in USD.

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances
• Purchased credits expire according to the validity period of your plan
• Credit balances stack when purchasing additional packs
• Subscription tier upgrades are immediate; downgrades are not supported

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data or analytics provided
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Share account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, analytics, algorithms, software, designs, and trademarks — are owned by Fincept Corporation and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Financial data and analytics are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fincept Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on data or analytics provided by the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, unused credits will be forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
