A seat on Fincept Terminal Enterprise — the private, closed-source desktop build. It runs on proprietary datasets the open-source edition cannot reach and includes the agent, quant and dataroom modules. The plan lives on your account, not the machine, so you can install and sign in on every computer you work from.
No. Every plan is a one-time payment per user: 30 days of access, or 90 days for 11% less than three 30-day payments, with all the credits granted on activation. Access ends on its own when the days run out — nothing renews, no card is kept on file and you are never charged again unless you buy again. There is no minimum seat count, and buying a different plan replaces the current one rather than adding a second.
There is nothing to cancel. The terminal verifies an active plan with the server each time it opens, so access simply ends when the plan expires. Your account, settings and anything you loaded into your dataroom are retained — buying another plan restores access without setting up again.
Yes. Enterprise runs on a separate backend with its own user records, so an existing fincept.in account will not sign you in to the Enterprise terminal. You create an Enterprise account during checkout, and that is the login the desktop app uses.
A Bloomberg Terminal seat is roughly $27,000 per user per year, Refinitiv about $22,000 and FactSet around $12,000. A Fincept Terminal Enterprise seat is $180 to $540 per user per year — up to 99% less — and includes multi-agent research and a quant lab the legacy terminals do not offer.
They are still available, on the open-source page. Credit packs are a one-time purchase for programmatic access to the Fincept REST API and are a separate product from a terminal seat — an Enterprise seat already includes a far larger usage allowance of its own.
